1. What is the cost?
There is no single answer to this question. However, after
meeting with you,we will provide you with a detailed per
item cost on an itemized estimate. There will be no hidden
costs or surprises.
2. When can you start?
There is generally at least a three day wait after contract signing. Our busier times of year can mean longer waits.
3. Are you licensed?
We hold all proper state and local licenses, bonds and insurances, including workers compensation.
4. How long have you been in business?
NatureWorks has been in business since August of 2001.
5. Can I contact some of your previous clients?
Absolutely. We provide a reference list upon request.
6. What size or type of jobs do you do?
We have worked jobs as small as $200 and as large as $150,000. We can perform all work on a landscape project, or just the portion the client requests. We generally work on residences, but have done commercial jobs as well. We perform ALL types of
landscape improvement work.
7. Do you do yard maintenance?
We do not offer regular maintenance, but we do offer a one time maintenance with the installation contract.
8. Who performs the work?
All work is supervised directly and performed by NatureWorks
employees.
9. Do you offer a warranty?
Our standard warranty is one year on all workmanship and 3 months for transplant shock on all plant materials.
Additional extended warranties are also available.
10. What do I do first?
